Returns

We accept returns within 14 days of the delivery date.

To be eligible for a return, your item must:

• Be unused and in its original condition.

• Be returned in its original packaging, including any jewelry box, pouch, and tags (if applicable).

• Include proof of purchase or order confirmation.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:

• Earrings (for hygiene and safety reasons).

• Personalized or custom-made jewelry.

• Gift cards.

• Items marked as Final Sale.

Exchanges

If you would like to exchange an eligible item for a different size or style, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order.

Once we receive and inspect your original item, we'll process your exchange based on product availability. If the requested item is unavailable, you may choose another item or receive a store credit.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or we made an error with your order.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we'll notify you by email of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card provider may require additional time to post the refund to your account.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part or a defective item.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging. We'll work quickly to provide a replacement or refund.
